Collaboration with Australian brand Pitt & Giblin. Four marine grade aluminium castings all produced in Tasmania house four loudspeaker elements. A high frequency driver plays into a large circular waveguide. A titanium diaphragm plays from 1kHz and provides even high frequency coverage across the listening area and room to 20kHz. Concealed behind are four 4" midrange drivers housed in a sealed plywood enclosure with response tightly controlled by Hypex nCore amplifiers and digital signal processing, and their output is vented in a controlled manner using both absorbative materials and physical alignment. The main body of the cabinet seamlessly cast provides volume for a large rear firing 10" subwoofer. A 3-way digital amplifier and signal processing module is housed with the stand providing simple control and a selection of audio inputs to suit any configuration operating both as single or paired speaker.
