DESIGNER
Roham Shamekh is an Iranian-born multidisciplinary artist and designer based in Paris whose practice moves between art, collectible design and technology. Working across furniture, lighting, objects and installation, he transforms personal narratives and cultural references into sculptural, functional works that explore identity, interconnectedness and collective memory. His research-driven practice combines industrial processes with refined materiality, often working with metal, stone and mirrored surfaces. Through collections including Pharrell’s Echoes and Terminator, Shamekh approaches design as a form of storytelling, translating lived experience, memory and ideas of manifestation into objects and immersive environments.
