Born in Caracas and based in Berlin, Jojo Corväiá is an architect turned ceramic artist whose practice explores material, memory, and the passage of time. Trained in architecture, graphic design, and photography, he approaches clay and bronze with instinct and restraint, hand building each form without a wheel, allowing gesture and texture to guide the outcome. His sculptural vessels exist between architecture and ritual, balancing strength and fragility. Embracing imperfection as beauty, Corväiá captures the quiet energy of creation, crafting objects that feel unearthed, timeless, and deeply human.
