Founded by Holly Lucas and Sam Henley, BOI brings together two complementary practices. Lucas, who spent over a decade transforming hospitality into cultural theatre with Australia’s Lucas Restaurants before expanding her vision in Paris, contributes expertise in atmosphere and experience. Henley, founder of London-based stone studio Agglomerati, is recognised for collaborations with leading international designers and Italian fabricators.
